Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment using the billing information on file. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we may suspend your account until payment is received.

7. Your Booking Page

Each Groomer account receives a custom subdomain (e.g., yourname.groomlyhq.com) for their public booking page. You may choose your subdomain during registration, subject to availability.

Branding

Booking pages include “Powered by GroomlyHQ” branding. This branding must not be removed, hidden, or obscured.

Acceptable Content

You are responsible for the content displayed on your booking page, including your business name, service descriptions, and pricing. All content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

We reserve the right to remove or disable booking pages that contain content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Our Role

We act as a data processor for Client booking data, processing it on your behalf to provide the Service. We will only use Client data as necessary to operate the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reminders and Notifications

The Service may send email and SMS reminders to Clients on your behalf regarding their bookings. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent or lawful basis to send these communications.

14. Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your booking page will be taken offline. You will have 30 days to export your data (including Client booking records) before it is permanently deleted. After this period, we have no obligation to retain your data. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions above.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service before the new Terms take effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
